He began his real estate journey working hands-on in wholesaling, foreclosures, REOs, and short sales—experiences that provided a strong foundation in property valuation, distressed assets, and complex transactions. Outside of real estate, Cristian is highly active in the Boston community. He regularly competes in annual team endurance races, enjoys traveling, and is always exploring new restaurants and cuisines throughout the city and beyond.
