Lee Hess

Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree at Southern New Hampshire University in 2018, Lee moved to New Mexico back in late 2019 to learn the real estate business under his sister Kristina Salcido. Since then he has worn a few different hats, from selling homes as a buyer broker, assisting other team members as a transaction coordinator, showing agent, and now the current Head of the Concierge Department.
